In this role, you’ll work side by side with ATC’s Project Managers to initiate capital projects and maintain project related information within ATC’s accounting and project management systems. Responsibilities
- Create project sites used by ATC’s project teams to share project relevant documents.
- Team with ATC’s Project Accounting group to set-up work orders and create project authorization submittals to help capture project costs and approve budgets.
- Coordinate with field crews to record material deliveries to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management or related field.
