The Project Specialist position is crucial for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of program project coordinators while providing essential support to Energy Advisors and Energy Engineers. This role ensures that all information is accurate, files are maintained, and communication with business contacts is continuous. The Project Specialist will manage customer grant processing, keep Energy Advisors informed about expiring grants and applications, and assist customers in navigating the program processes. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining organization and efficiency within the program, as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. In this role, the Project Specialist will coordinate with Energy Advisors to ensure that files, paperwork, and data entry are well-organized. They will maintain and update the program database, assist customers with program participation, and help streamline workflows. Additionally, the Project Specialist will provide office management support, monitor contract compliance, and assist with quality assurance and control of project documentation. This position is integral to tracking team performance and goals, providing administrative support, and ensuring that all stakeholders have the necessary information and materials to promote energy efficiency incentives.
