Requirements

  • Flexible Schedule
  • Ability to work independently within established policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of Canyon Ranch philosophy and administrative best practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), critical thinking, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities with the ability to create processes, tools, and reports that translate information into actionable insights.
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage competing priorities, and remain effective in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manages projects, programming coordination, and data collection/analysis for the Health & Performance division.
  • Performs advanced clerical and administrative support duties.
  • Oversees presentation coordination, ensuring all Health & Performance materials meet Canyon Ranch content and design standards.
  • Manages presentation scheduling in Book4Time and ensures accuracy in the Weekly Schedule.
  • Maintains CME documentation and certifications, monitors the CME inbox, and supports successful operation of the CME program.
