As a Project Specialist, you’ll independently perform detailed engineering design across a variety of assignments while managing multiple small to mid-sized projects with moderate technical complexity. You’ll be trusted to work autonomously with clear expectations for results, while still having access to technical guidance and leadership support when challenges get more complex. You may also provide direction to engineers or drafters/designers on assigned work, helping ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards. In this role, you’ll focus on engineering solutions for gas distribution and transmission systems, including meter and gate stations and natural gas pipelines. Your work will directly support the safe, reliable delivery of energy infrastructure that communities depend on every day. This position pays between $83,000 and $105,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 4 years of work experience in the pipeline industry
  • Experience in natural gas design
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree in engineering, design and drafting, or related
  • Experience at an operating company or an engineering consulting firm
