About the position

Within our Paris team, we are looking for a Project Specialist. You will work closely with Project Managers and collaborate with the Product and Engineering team. You will also be responsible for the platform, ensuring it meets client needs. Your skills in data visualization, data processing, and automation will be crucial in delivering high-quality data. You will play a key role in collaborating with our internal teams and our external partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete the entire project cycle, using Wrike, to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You'll be staffed on a portfolio of 6 to 10 simultaneous projects to be managed under deadlines.
• Bring data to life: create and configure dashboards for clear and accurate visualization.
• Ensure data integrity and quality: process, clean and verify data, applying data quality control measures at every stage of the process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to resolve tickets, fix bugs and optimize the Potloc App.
• Optimize workflows and automate processes: identify and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
• Manage respondent compensation: oversee compensation on social networks, ensuring it is accurate, on time and on budget.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in project management (Previous experience in market research is a strong asset)
• Ability to prioritize, successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Skilled in transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SPSS, Google Sheets
• Knowledge of tools as Wrike, Forsta or a CRM software, is a plus
• Strong team spirit, initiative-taking, and excellent communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail
• Strong ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with resilience and good stress management
• Fluency in French and English
