About The Position

As a Project Specialist I, your primary focus will be delivering training and monitoring student records in the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) Student Management System (SMS), while supporting staff and helping maintain system accuracy. One day, you might lead a hands-on training session that gives staff the confidence to navigate the system with ease. The next, you could be analyzing attendance data, uncovering trends, and recommending smarter, more efficient ways to work. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Two years of related experience in project coordination with an Associate's degree or four years of related experience in project coordination with a High School Diploma or GED.
