Project Solutions Specialist Act as the connective tissue between operations, sales support, and logistics - leading initiatives, building reporting tools, implementing value‑add services, and influencing performance across teams, all without direct supervisory authority.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or distribution.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer-facing roles.
  • Working knowledge of modern warehouse processes, equipment, and machinery.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build reports, tools, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across functions to define and implement new or enhanced value‑added services and equipment strategies.
  • Develop reporting systems to track PLS assets and ensure timely jobsite retrieval.
  • Build and maintain tools and dashboards to monitor PLS capacity, capabilities, and intake/approval workflows.
  • Define and implement KPIs, quality standards, and performance metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality service across the PLS network.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
