Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a skilled Primavera Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team managing complex, multi-location projects. This role requires expertise in advanced project scheduling methodologies and systems to support critical client initiatives across vast industries and geographical locations. You will work on developing, maintaining, and analyzing comprehensive project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 for complex, multi-site projects. You will create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and resource-loaded schedules. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders across multiple locations to ensure accurate schedule development and maintenance. You will perform schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and resource optimization. You will generate schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. You will support the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and reporting. You will conduct scheduled risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. You will also provide training and guidance to team members on scheduling best practices. You will support proposal development with scheduling estimates and methodology.
