About the role: Our Global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) business is looking for a Production Scheduler for our production facility located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. Global I&C produces complex, electromechanical instrumentation systems used in commercial nuclear industry for customers worldwide. You will report to the Manager I&C QA and Ops Planning and be located at the Warrendale, PA facility. This role will be hybrid.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project controls experience with increased levels of complexity
  • Knowledge and skill in project schedule and associated tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP)
  • Experience working with large datasets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed GICP project schedules, ensuring all activities are planned and tracked effectively in Primavera (P6) database.
  • Perform weekly schedule updates, variance reports, and schedule integrity checks.
  • Prepare and present regular project schedule status reports, highlighting any deviations from the plan and recommending corrective actions.
  • Implement and oversee project control processes and tools to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Process subsequent changes following an integrated change control process.
  • Maintain and produce weekly schedule reports regarding project metrics and resource loading and communicate to the team /project stakeholders.
  • Work with Schedulers / Project Controllers / PMs to develop sandbox "what if" scenarios and analyze for milestone and labor hour impacts and communicate to team.
  • Maintain project documentation including P6 baselines and historical records.
  • Collaborate with GICP and project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
