About The Position

AECOM is seeking Construction Schedulers to be based in New York, NY. Will operate as a scheduler working directly with the NYC SCA on projects related to schools throughout New York City and the surrounding boroughs. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting and reporting cost and schedule performance for projects throughout the organization. Supports analysis of schedule, identifies and investigates project schedule variances. Review contractor schedule for compliance with Contract and Scheduling Technicalities. Review contractor’s time impact analysis. Collects and updates data and updates and produces scheduling reports. Gathers data for schedule baseline development and maintenance. Managing project controls systems (including setup of work breakdown structure), capturing to-date progress and expenditure data, analyzing to-date performance data, forecasting at-completion performance data.

Requirements

  • BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the above outlined capabilities.
  • Primavera P6 expertise/certification.
  • Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in architecture, construction management, engineering, environmental services or related course work.
  • Three (3) years experience in the scheduling of construction projects, new rehab and additions.
  • A satisfactory combination of education and experience.
