As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up production schedules to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills. Development of schedule and controls reports to produce weekly/monthly reports for client and internal management review (i.e. Resource loading analysis and schedules, critical path items, etc.) Perform general task and related works as required by the project/customer. Provide reports on various project related topics to supervisors and Project Managers. Coordinate to ensure accuracy of data and assist with tracking the completion of contractual obligations. Attend weekly meeting to discuss any issues with equipment deliveries, engineering, materials, interferences, manpower or any other project related information. Monthly/Weekly presentation for Executive meeting showing current overall progress of the Project. Maintain accurate records in various project databases and assist in the development of databases and other data-keeping tools.
