About The Position

The Associate Project Scheduler will provide scheduling services to the Project Controls organization, developing proficiency in schedule management processes, tools, techniques, and schedule information management systems (Primavera 6 or latest used) for Major Projects. Responsibilities include performing core schedule management processes, applying schedule variance assessment for multiple projects, and maintaining project milestone and summary schedules. The role involves collecting project planning results, performing schedule status updates, establishing 'path forward' schedules, and applying schedule change control. The Assistant Project Scheduler will interface with project outside contractors and develop cost engineering and project management capabilities using industry standards. Effective communication and dissemination of schedule management and reporting status to the project management team and stakeholders are essential. The position requires developing competence in scope development, Work Breakdown Structure management, and project risk management, among other essential functions.
