This full-time position is responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for contracts, projects, and other efforts within the organization. Reporting directly to the EVMS/Contract Accounting Manager, this role is central to maintaining an accurate multi-project integrated master schedules (IMS), aligning resource planning with organizational capacity, and supporting high-level and strategic decision-making related to staffing and task/project timing. This role will work closely with project accounting, project management, and subject matter experts from other departments to develop project schedules, which requires the ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally with peers and management from other departments. This position may also assist with proposals, project accounting, contract admin, and financial analyses. The Project Scheduler/Analyst plays a key role in integrating project and task-level data with company-wide financial forecasting and workforce planning. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project operations, finance, and human capital planning.
