About The Position

The Project Remodel Specialist role is a project-oriented position focused on managing store remodels and special projects for Anderson Merchandisers. This full-time position primarily involves working overnight and on weekends, ensuring that client demands are met through effective product and fixture reconfigurations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a fun and engaging team environment.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram or modular guidelines is a plus.
• Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate.
• Flexible schedule required, including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move existing sales floor fixtures, both basic and complex.
• Install basic electronic equipment without programming or setup functions.
• Set merchandise to modular guidelines and perform basic modular and counter detailing.
• Relocate excess merchandise to designated locations as instructed by store management.
• Use basic hand tools and cordless drills for various tasks.
• Conduct additional merchandising tasks or audits as required.
