Amentum, a global leader in critical mission support, engineering, technology, and national security solutions, is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a contract based in the Seattle / Tacoma / Bremerton area. The WSBOS Program Manager will be responsible for the execution and delivery of the contract including Safe Operations, Financial performance, Technical performance, and overall performance. The PM will be responsible for sustaining an outstanding customer relationship through effective communication. The PM will facilitate team members professional development consistent with the needs to deliver outstanding contract performance. The PM will be responsible for delivering management, financial, work execution, environmental, and quality processes on the contract and identifying and deploying continuous improvements throughout the contract term. The PM will maintain effective communication internally to the company to ensure the highest levels of contract delivery for the customer. The PM shall be onsite and available during normal duty hours. The PM will work closely with HR to recruit, hire, develop and retain talent. Safety is an absolute and as such, the PM will work proactively with the customer and corporate and onsite Safety Leadership to ensure all employees have the required safety training, personal protective equipment, and that appropriate policies and procedures are in place to promote our Beyond Zero safety culture and prevent injuries and incidents.
