The Project Manager will be responsible for helping manage numerous software projects within our Construction Management Solutions (CMS) organization. This group provides an enterprise level software solution with integrated accounting, project management, and operations modules for mid-range to large-scale contractors throughout the United States and abroad.

  • Plans and oversees multiple concurrent activities from project initiation to completion, communicating progress throughout the project to key stakeholders and executive team.
  • Applies judgment in order to identify and resolve issues and define the lowest-risk path to production.
  • Provides effective communication regarding status, issues, objectives, dependencies, risks and plan execution to management and the product development team.
  • Oversees and facilitates integration of software from multiple organizations.
  • Drives collaboration and communication of cross functional, globally dispersed, teams.
  • Owns resolution of conflicts by bringing key stakeholders and owners together to help them make decisions.
  • Understanding of multiple agile & related methodologies and has a proven track record of delivering software products using the Scrum methodology.
  • Effectively applies broad, in-depth, and up-to-date knowledge to pertinent project management, technical, business, and professional issues.
  • Effectively develops and uses a systematic approach to analyze and solve problems. Acts proactively to anticipate risks and seeks to mitigate them before they occur. Visualizes the big picture and effectively identifies key issues and designs harmonious and effective solutions.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Listens effectively, transmits information accurately and understandably, and actively seeks feedback. Effectively presents and explains information to various group sizes and levels of knowledge. Ability to communicate and work with senior and executive-level Strong leadership, decision-making and facilitation abilities with excellent communication, organizational and people skills, and the ability to effectively work across functional groups

  • Strong initiative, customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering or computer science plus a minimum of three years of directly relevant experience in software development.
  • Experience with software Agile (scrum) development lifecycles (concept to production).
  • Demonstrated project management discipline excellence.
  • Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, agile methodologies and bug tracking applications
  • Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics for software development, test execution, bugs, issues, risks, and other aspects of project management
  • Must be able to successfully drive multiple projects activities in parallel.
