About The Position

As a Project/Program Manager III, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of multiple projects and programs. You will oversee all aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects. Your role includes preparing comprehensive reports for upper management to provide updates on project status. Responsibilities Support the team by covering a Leave of Absence and work directly with the hiring manager to oversee various programs. Maintain detailed trackers and send updates to leadership. Draft communications and manage CPR trackers. Gather inputs from stakeholders for leadership updates and assist in drafting leadership update documents. Facilitate larger tracker systems, signaling if projects are off track. Develop and implement new documentation mechanisms. Manage multiple areas from a higher level and assist in overseeing 20+ programs. Coordinate marketing AI initiatives and work across individual project owners to manage the larger slate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • Extensive experience and judgment in planning and accomplishing goals.
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others with a high degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Proficiency in maintaining trackers, gathering inputs, and drafting communications.
  • Experience with documentation mechanisms and building new systems.

Nice To Haves

  • 5-10 years of experience preferred, but flexible for the right candidate.
  • Experience in marketing, product management, or strong program management.
  • Proficiency in Airtable or similar tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and manage context switching across various areas.
