About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to join our team as a Quality Analyst Tester. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software testing, with the ability to design and execute test cases, identify and troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous quality improvements. The Enterprise Project & Program Management Quality Tester Consultant I is accountable for leading most aspects of multiple low-complexity projects or programs under the mentorship of a more senior project or program manager. The projects or programs managed have a low level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates
• Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation
• Provides direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle to meet business requirements
• Drives achievement of project or program success factors
• Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements
• Acts as an internal advocate for the project
• Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) project or program risks/issues
• Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives
• Plans and implements most aspects of projects or programs

Benefits

• Base compensation offered for this role is $50,700.00 - $78,570.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
