Juniper Global Services Experience Transformation PMO team are responsible for the full spectrum of delivery activities and Business Operations Activities from developing a new cost saving idea or initiative with the end goal of creating business value and customer adoption. Project and Program Management is a discipline at Juniper where skilled professionals understand the project management practices, and project lifecycle methodologies needed to manage small, medium, and large-scale implementation projects for our customers both internal and external. While our interns are assigned to specific, real business impacting projects they are also exposed to the other functions for networking and learning opportunities. The project that will be assigned to the chosen intern will be one based on solving a particular challenge or opportunity the PMO team is working on and is looking for new, creative ideas that will involve engaging functional or cross functional teams.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate degree program (e.g., CS, EE) with a graduation date of Dec 2025 or later. Preference for rising seniors.
  • Experience in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Salesforce, JIRA expertise

  • Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills, especially written
