Provide multi‑project support for program finance and accounting related to Microsoft Services and Licensing. Provide finance and accounting support across multiple projects within a program focused on Microsoft Services and Licensing Directly interact with multiple levels of leadership regarding client billings, payments, contracts, and related activities Lead efforts to capture and track usage across projects to ensure accurate and timely billing Identify and drive continuous improvements in billing accuracy and accounting processes based on contract billable units Own overall billing and accounting processes and respond to billing inquiries from client and corporate stakeholders Manage purchase order renewals and contract terms Partner with corporate procurement resources to support purchasing and renewal activities Responsibilities include all client-based invoicing for Messaging and Azure Cloud. Account Business Operations ; 20+ years of experience Experience leading large Account Business Operations organizations. Scope includes resource management, procurement, billing/invoicing, asset management, software license management, client governance, sales support and contract management (including contractual reporting and critical deliverables). Experience with data analytics, MS office tools, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, and Active Directory as these tools are essential to generating monthly client invoices. Experience in financial management, specifically P&Ls, budgets and forecasting. Experience with client-based software/tools such as Apptio, FinOps and Cloudability. Experience in Program Management, exhibiting the capability to lead multiple projects across different IT service towers. Experience in leading start-ups of new IT contracts and/or services. Start-up experience includes initiation and leadership of a Program Office that manages all business operations components, such as asset management, resource management, tools, software, intellectual property, communications, vendor management, contract management and knowledge transfer. Experience in managing IT contracts, specifically in support of Contract Modifications. Ability to read and understand contractual language, decipher Supplier obligations, and execute in meeting those obligations. Experience in contract negotiations, review and redlining of contract document modifications, and implementation of required Service changes. Experience in managing teams and individual performers to maximize performance. Skilled in the ability to define performance objectives aligned with Corporate goals and values. Provide coaching and mentoring to enable individuals to grow their skillsets while adding value to NTT and our clients.
