Position Summary: We're seeking a dynamic Project Leader to join our Program Management team in the Life Science segment. In this role, you'll drive multiple projects within our Cell Culture Customized/Service Business Segment, interfacing between our internal technical team and our prestigious customers, including world-leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and academic/hospital clinical centers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., bioproduction, biochemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, biology, or chemistry)
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in product development
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and meeting facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve conflicts in a team environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent certification is beneficial
  • Proficiency and knowledge of continuous improvement principles such as PPI 8-Step Problem Solving Process or equivalent is beneficial
  • Experience leading teams in a design control and change management environment is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Lead diverse and global projects from initiation to successful completion
  • Facilitate and guide internal and customer-facing project team meetings across cultures and geographies.
  • Develop accountability within the team to ensure timely task completion
  • Handle and communicate project scope, schedule, resources, and finances to key interested parties
  • Implement effective risk management and issue resolution strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain crucial project documentation
  • Spearhead external collaboration initiatives
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders and leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Apply project management tools (e.g., MS Project) to maintain accurate project schedules and resource allocation
