Serves as a technical expert in a specific profession and as a resource to agency leadership in the area of expertise. Coordinates agency work assignments among team members and serves as a primary resource in the resolution of problems and the identification of alternatives. Serves as the lead team member and assists in leading meeting discussions. Develops goals and objectives and incorporates plans for completion and/or implementation.
