About The Position

The Project/Process Manager (Engineering) is responsible for the design, development and execution of strategic initiatives, as well as the tactical deployment of manufacturing solutions. This role involves the analysis, evaluation, solution development, build, and testing of complex applications. The manager will monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures, function as technical experts throughout the full project lifecycle, and develop and maintain project plans. They will also analyze business systems to determine effectiveness, manage the definition and implementation of quality principles, and ensure compliance with quality methods and procedures. Additionally, the manager will facilitate internal and external customer interactions throughout the Project Development Life Cycle and share expertise to help train other employees.

Requirements

  • Excellent planning, scoping, scheduling, and delivery skills.
  • Manufacturing management experience and/or project management experience.
  • Ability to execute capital projects by managing groups of employees, equipment manufacturers, and other suppliers both remotely and onsite.
  • Experience in onsite/offshore coordination.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships by networking within and outside the company.
  • Experience in finding solutions to business needs through research and teamwork.
  • Budget responsibilities for projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience in manufacturing management.
