What is the opportunity? Actively supports the Project and Program Managers in all aspects of financials, project control management and documentation. Supports various administrative activities for the whole Portfolio of projects under one of the Project Delivery Directors. This role is entry level to the project management career stream. What will you do? Tracks project finances according to approved cost funding, including creation of documents, monitor funding and resource forecasting, validating and tracking contract invoices. Support resource capacity planning and reporting. Supports project control management and documentation. Contribute to project communications including meeting minutes, key decisions, and action item logs. Collaborates with colleagues across the organization to complete projects efficiently. May lead small project work as time allows. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Undergraduate degree. Preferred in Finance/Accounting or Technology related. Years of experience: One to two years; preferably as a Financial Analyst and or have financial analysis aptitude. Some working knowledge related to project cost management, assumptions and risk-based planning, risk assessment, schedule management, status reporting, general administration, and project frameworks. Awareness of Agile and SDLC delivery methodologies. Experience using Microsoft Office Tools Nice-to-have Experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager. Experience with project management tools such as Planview, Confluence, Jira. What’s in it for you? The expected salary range for this particular position is $55,000-$95,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
