Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager in Rabat we're looking for? Your future role will involve applying your project scheduling expertise in a dynamic and innovative field, working alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the on-time delivery of projects by developing, updating, and analyzing schedules, working closely with teams across the business, synchronizing schedules with stakeholders, and promoting time management practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of project scheduling theory and methods
  • Proficiency in at least one scheduling software tool
  • Working skills in MS Office tools
  • Basic knowledge of time-related contractual obligations and penalties
  • Basic understanding of railway industry products and technologies
  • Curiosity and a drive to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; an effective team player
  • Ability to challenge teams and proactively propose solutions
  • Structured and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptability in a multicultural and rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Developing and updating schedules for projects of varying criticality
  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting time-related project information
  • Supporting the decision-making process to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance
  • Synchronizing schedules with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing project scheduling documentation
  • Applying and promoting the company's time management processes and culture
  • Leveraging lessons learned from previous projects to improve future outcomes
  • In tenders: Analyzing tender requirements, developing tender schedules, identifying risks, and contributing to execution strategies
  • In execution: Validating baseline schedules, identifying critical paths, managing risks, and contributing to Earned Value Management
