About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Project Oversight Specialist [DOE0117116] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Project Oversight Specialist [DOE0117116] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 06 Assistant Manager for Tank Waste and Waste Treatment (AMTWO/AMWTP) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years DOE operations oversight; nuclear/industrial facilities preferred.
  • BS Engineering/Science or equivalent.

  • Functional and technical expertise in project oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct operations surveillances, review logs, coordinate readiness reviews, escalate safety concerns.
  • Provide services and support for Program Office #06 Assistant Manager for Tank Waste and Waste Treatment (AMTWO/AMWTP).
  • Focus on technical document management, project management support, contractor performance evaluation, and coordination of reports.
  • Ensure compliance and decision-making efficacy.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and facilitate effective collaboration and communication across teams.
