About The Position

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need a project management specialist like you who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of DoD programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project, and regular interactions with stakeholders, project officers, and senior leaders. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • Experience advising and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze, report, and develop recommendations on data for operational management metrics and planning tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to communicate deadlines and provide input on mitigation strategies with senior-level military and civilian officials
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
