About The Position

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Project Officer (Junior) to provide program management, administrative, and operational support to a federal program office. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across various functional areas.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (minimum)
• BA/BS from an accredited college or university required
• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in project administration or coordination.
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders and team members.
• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI required.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on the status of external taskers, ensuring timely and accurate submission of responses.
• Lead and facilitate the weekly team synchronization meeting.
• Support product team operations and administrative activities, including researching, refining, and responding to acquisition, operational, administrative, and programmatic suspense items, taskers, and data calls.
• Review, edit, and track all internal and external staff actions through completion.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage briefings, presentations, and key event documentation.
• Ensure efficient coordination among team members and stakeholders to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
