Construction Management will do so in a safe and efficient manner, working with the school and community to work efficiently, minimize the impact on the educational process while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Job Description Summary Project Officer - I is responsible for managing and coordinating personnel, budget, administration and operational activities involved in all phases of assigned school construction projects, from their initial conception through completion and opening of the facility.
