Applicants must reside within commuting distance of one of our five locations: Salem, OR Auburn, WA Spokane, WA Riverside, CA Sacramento, CA

Requirements

• Experience in construction supply, sheet metal, roofing, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction specifications.
• Strong research and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with construction project databases (e.g., Dodge, ConstructConnect) a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and track construction projects through databases, bid boards, and industry connections.
• Qualify opportunities and generate leads for the sales and estimating teams.
• Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate project handoff.
• Provide regular reports and updates on project pipeline and lead generation activities.
