About The Position

Responsible for business development process at the level of a single program, site, or entity. Develops research related to the strategic positioning of Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin. Leads multidisciplinary project teams. Provides data analysis and support to strategic planning through project management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and other activities. Coordinates special projects as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in areas such as project management, research or planning is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Marketing or related field is required. In lieu of degree relevant experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to work with tools such as Microsoft Office to analyze data and report on/present conclusions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with leaders at all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Meeting facilitation skills, preferred.
• Project management experience and/or training is preferred.
• Stakeholder management, preferred.
• Ability to partner with leaders at all organizational levels, preferred.
