Job Summary The Senior Project Manager – Fiber Splicing is responsible for ensuring the timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of fiber splicing activities supporting Shentel’s outside plant (OSP) network. This includes new construction, maintenance, and service restoration. This role operates with minimal supervision and leads coordination with contractors, utilities, vendors, and internal teams. The position handles complex project scopes, provides guidance to less experienced project managers, and oversees full lifecycle project execution for multi-service telecommunications networks. This position reports to the Fiber Splicing Manager (or designated OSP Operations leader) and requires strong cross-functional collaboration within the operations organization.
