Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ Years of Experience. Years of relevant experience may be substituted for education requirements.
  • Must have 10+ years of experience using and scheduling within Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE).
  • Active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and resolve competing resource requirements.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to work as part of an integrated team.
  • Must have strong communication skills and possess technical writing skills.
  • Must have experience supporting large scale exercises involving joint operations.
  • Experience dealing with foreign visit requests and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating and planning Eglin range resources.
  • Experience supporting named joint-service and other government agency exercises.
  • Advanced understanding of logistics operations across diverse domains, including air, land, and sea mission profiles.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of exercise events within the Eglin range complex.
  • Schedule Eglin range resources using CSE for complex air and land missions.
  • Provide support and advice for logistics, air-sea-land mission planning with sensitive military mission parameters.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, defense contractors, and senior military leadership to ensure seamless integration of complex mission requirements.
  • Oversee the daily CSE mission tasks, ensuring all equipment, systems, and personnel are meeting mission objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics efficiency and operational effectiveness in support of mission readiness.
  • Produce a post mission report and after actions review, including lessons learned for possible follow-on exercises.
