About The Position

NIKA is hiring for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the on-site Project Management of a Base Operating Services (BOS) contract at Camp Pendleton, CA! Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and Microsoft Project and TEAMS products.
• Knowledge and application of processes, policies, methods and procedures affecting Military health facility construction, outfitting, and transition.
• Good communication and organizational skills required for government design/build projects and daily interaction with government construction management staff.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Clearance Access Card (CAC).
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, review and coordinate with POCs work plans.
• Coordinate installs, conduct quality control, and validate products being installed are correct.
• Prepare project scopes of work and rough cost estimates.
• Provide technical review of construction contractor proposals, including project modifications.
• Provide projects programming along with project management and design review inputs.
• Communicate with project customers to validate project requirements.
• Review pertinent clinics/hall specific and industry standard codes and guidelines.
• Select appropriate engineering systems and solutions.
