About The Position

Under the direction of the Area Director, this role will lead the company's event-based initiatives, ensuring that the Northeast services and staff are prepared to implement and complete multiple projects on schedule and on budget. Reporting all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is vital to financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of direct Operations management experience managing operations in a similar environment

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional certification preferred
  • Managing projects in a related sector is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of the projects, employees, and company goals
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Develop project budgets and schedules, and manage the project to stay on schedule and stay within-budget
  • Know and forecast project financial performance over the life of the project
  • Review deliverables for project
  • Minimize company exposure and risk on projects; perform risk analysis and management
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Manage technical, regulatory, and performance aspects of project
  • Coordinate resources with other team members to execute project plans, and delegate tasks as required
  • Communicate project progress in a timely, concise, and accurate fashion
  • Attend and participate in meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, colleagues, subcontractors, and other parties with superior interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Travel to project sites on occasion will be required
