About the position

As a Project Manager at REDlbl, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role is essential for maintaining exceptional communication with clients and team members, driving the success of the agency's strategic goals in the healthcare insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting as needed to stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues as necessary.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, delivering projects that meet high standards.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the Health Care Insurance or financial related industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Wrike is a plus.
• Must like dogs, as there are dogs in the office.
