Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1-5 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Familiarity with scheduling, estimating, and project management tools (AutoDesk, P6, Vista, Timberline).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• A client-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Leading project meetings, RFIs, and change order processes.
• Collaborating with design teams on design-build projects to find cost-effective solutions.
• Tracking performance and maintaining cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Acting as a proactive, solution-oriented leader throughout the preconstruction and construction phases.
