Requirements

• Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading teams (3-10 members) on enterprise-level web-based and cloud-based software projects.
• Consulting & Client Success: Background in consulting or digital agencies with strong client management skills.
• Technical Project Management: Expertise in enterprise web applications, cloud platforms (.NET, Sitecore, Azure), and modern architectures.
• Agile & Business Analysis: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and backlog management.
• Budget & Financial Management: Experience managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial accountability.
• Hands-On Technical Foundation: Prior experience as a developer or technical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client-Facing Projects: Manage complex software development initiatives, ensuring success in design, quality, and team leadership.
• Champion Agile Execution: Oversee sprint and backlog management, delivering high-quality solutions that align with our 'Vision to Victory' commitment.
• Ensure Technical Excellence: With Principal Architect, drive best practices, maintain high code quality, and align teams on architectural standards.
• Manage Scope, Budgets & Expectations: Proactively guide clients, track project financials, and ensure deliverables meet top-tier standards while staying on budget.
• Collaborate & Engage Stakeholders: Build strong client relationships, may lead requirements discovery, and create key project artifacts.
• Support Business Development: Assist in opportunity qualification, estimation, and proposal development.
