About The Position
CPI Security, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Business Project Manager to join our team. CPI is one of the top 10 largest residential and commercial electronic security providers in the United States and has been proudly serving customers in the Southeast for over 30 years. The Business Project Manager is a high-impact, onsite role responsible for managing cross-functional projects to drive operational effectiveness, improve business processes, and support strategic initiatives. This individual will partner closely with stakeholders across all departments to define deliverables, create project plans with clear milestones, coordinate updates, and ensure timely execution. Reporting to the President of Business Operations, this role will act as the central hub for project coordination—tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring follow-through on open items to drive resolution. The ideal candidate is a driver who anticipates challenges, proactively engages resources to find answers and create solutions, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
