  • Manage a portfolio of capital equipment projects to build aircraft for major OEMs and their sub-tier suppliers.
  • Oversee performance, cost, and schedule management throughout the design and build process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions for customer requests regarding schedule improvements or technical changes.
  • Maintain an Integrated Master Schedule using MS Project.
  • Build and maintain external and internal customer relationships through proactive communication.
  • Track and communicate risks and opportunities on projects, collaborating with teams to develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Manage changes in project scope, preparing change requests and capturing associated cost and schedule impacts.
  • Lead project and shared resource operation teams to achieve program and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication, organization, motivation, and inspiration within internal teams.
  • BS Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial), Construction Management, or Business with concentration in Project Management.
  • 5 years minimum experience in a Program / Project Management role.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints / CAD models and a basic understanding of GD&T principles.
  • Ability to understand a P&L statement and principles of cash management applied to a project.
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet skills for analysis.
  • Ability to negotiate disputes while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project and other platforms within Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
