We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team on a progressive Financial Services Account. This person will have hands on management/oversight for multiple projects including: security, signage, decommission, ADA, ATM, Major Renovations and Tenant Improvement projects.

  • Managing industry changing projects
  • Leading and delivering challenging projects
  • Contributing to the development of project budgeting and scheduling
  • Overseeing the strategy and execution through completion of construction
  • Providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities
  • Establishing and refining work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices
  • Developing successful, diverse teams through inclusive communication
  • Managing client and vendor relationships for seamless conflict resolution
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is PREFERRED
  • 3+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management
  • Project Management experience in a Financial Services Retail Banking is PREFERRED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools
  • Proven track record of results in a fast-paced, high volume environment
