We are seeking an experienced Project Manager within the commercial real estate industry to join our dynamic team!

  • Works as part of the Project Team, assisting with the development of the scope and schedule for project work and managing the approved budget.

  • Manage multiple projects at one time in various phases of development.
  • Track project financials and schedule reported status regularly.
  • Support the client on large complex projects and assignments.
  • Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.
  • Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
  • Conduct and document all weekly meetings.
  • Coordinate and track all Vendor RFPs; maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
  • Coordinate activities of general contractors and relocation of technical functions.
  • Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
  • Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects.
  • Ensure accurate management of all accounts receivables to maintain a level not to exceed the planned working capital charge.
  • Professional planning and hands on management/oversight for multiple projects.
  • Lead project teams consisting of various stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly project activity updates to Team Lead and/or Regional Manager.
  • Develop risk management plans and lead teams through established work authorization processes.
  • Apply top tier project management skills during client interactions.
  • Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction.
  • Manage vendors to ensure full compliance with all project policies and procedures.
  • Ability to prepare and track budgets.
  • Understanding of technical requirements for a business relocation.
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts is a plus.
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
  • 2-3 years of practical experience in a project administration/accounting position required.
  • Experience in construction management or real estate preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive-level external and internal clients.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
  • +10 years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
