The Project Manager at LTi Technology Solutions is responsible for planning, initiating, managing, and executing large and/or multiple projects. This role serves as a liaison between external clients and internal resources, ensuring that project objectives are met while maintaining quality standards. The Project Manager will also create and maintain PMO process documentation and assist in training new hires and team members.

  • Coordinating internal resources, external clients, and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Defining project scope and objectives to ensure project members understand expectations.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively managing changes in scope, schedule, or costs.
  • Preparing and submitting clear and concise activity/progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate project personnel.
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Reporting and escalating issues or project changes to management as needed.
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely communications.
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Creating and maintaining PMO process documentation.
  • Assisting with training needs for PMO new hires and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role.
  • Previous success in leading software implementations involving both internal and external stakeholders.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Advanced knowledge using web-based applications.
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Zoho Project preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management phases, techniques, and tools, specifically Waterfall and Hybrid approaches.
  • Passion for new technologies and ability to quickly understand and embrace emerging technologies.
  • Self-motivated and assertive.
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle competing demands.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative analysis skills.
