About The Position
Icon Structures is a commercial General Contractor that provides full construction services in Kansas, Colorado, and Missouri. We are currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our growing team in the Wichita, Manhattan, and Kansas City (Eudora office) locations. This role is crucial as it involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager at Icon Structures, you will be involved in a range of construction services including bidding, negotiating, and estimating construction projects. You will be responsible for pre-construction planning, scheduling, project cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, safety management, and managing labor and equipment resources. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a collaborative environment where our superintendents and project engineers can thrive. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining healthy relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring that communication is clear and effective throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented and organized but also possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
