About The Position

The position involves coordinating various resources, including personnel, machinery, and equipment, to successfully achieve project milestones. The role requires diligent follow-up on program tasks as outlined in the project timeline, ensuring adherence to planned schedules and budgets. It is essential to keep the program timeline updated based on executed activities and to modify plans in response to potential changes in execution. The position also entails monitoring daily activities that could lead to project delays, with a focus on minimizing risks. Risk assessment, communication, and support are critical for creating action plans to mitigate risks that may impact the program. Additionally, the role includes preparing cost execution reports and analyzing them to provide budget status updates to project stakeholders. Knowledge transfer from the project to the production floor is necessary, which involves creating and completing relevant documentation. The position requires documenting inputs and outputs from extrusion and thermoforming trials to maintain records and lessons learned. Ensuring that adequate training is provided to personnel involved in the project, particularly in the plant area, is also a key responsibility. A solid understanding of statistical analysis is required to support decision-making that affects the project. Furthermore, the role supports training for Quality and Production technicians by explaining proper procedures to be followed on the production floor and in the laboratory.
