Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, project management or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with proven results in influencing and working with cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills to work with all levels within the organization.
• Flexibility in work timings and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedule and lead a geographically distributed project team to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Develop project planning, schedules, budgets, billing, and change control.
• Track project progress against baseline schedules and coordinate team efforts in producing deliverables.
• Conduct regular technical team meetings to assess progress and address challenges.
• Organize stakeholder meetings and provide updates on implementation progress.
• Prepare meeting minutes and weekly status reports for senior management.
