As the main point of contact for customers, the individual will manage communications, requests for information (RFIs), and change requests, while also coordinating documentation and compliance with industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, and API. Additionally, the role includes identifying risks and implementing Management of Change (MOC) and mitigation plans.
