PurgeRite, a leader in high-quality mechanical flushing services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. We serve a diverse range of clients, including many top Fortune 100 companies, across various sectors such as data centers, semiconductor and EV battery manufacturers, universities, health care facilities, and district energy systems. Our unique ability to deliver turn-key flushing solutions for complex hydronic systems sets us apart in the industry. In this key position, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. You will coordinate and manage all project tasks from initial engineering to project completion, including financial closeout. Your strong analytical and financial skills will be essential in ensuring project delivery within the allocated budget and timelines. As the primary liaison between the project team, clients, and external vendors, you will implement project plans using project management software, with experience in NetSuite or similar tools being a plus. Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines will be a critical part of your role. You will prepare and deliver regular project status reports, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you will manage project resources, including manpower and material allocation, and identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members will be vital to your success in this position.
