The Project Manager plays a crucial role in acting as the liaison between Flintco, owner representatives, major subcontractors, architects, and engineers. This position requires a strong construction expertise to provide valuable input that benefits the project. The Project Manager is responsible for the management supervision of project personnel on assigned construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed in compliance with Flintco's standards, within budget, and on schedule. The Project Manager will oversee all functions necessary for the successful delivery of projects, including resource allocation and client satisfaction. This role involves supervising subordinate Project Administrators, Office Engineers, Project Engineers, Assistant Superintendents, Superintendents, and Assistant Project Managers. Essential duties include reviewing project estimates and bids, selecting subcontractors, ensuring project schedules are adhered to, and managing project documentation. The Project Manager will also monitor construction activities, resolve issues, and ensure that all project closeout documentation is submitted accurately. This position requires effective communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with various stakeholders and ensure project success.
