About The Position

Studio 1847 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the fulfillment and delivery of comprehensive digital marketing solutions for third-party clients. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that product scope aligns with client objectives, and collaborating with various teams to deliver effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience with at least 1 year managing digital projects.
• Understanding of native business and content space.
• Experience managing medium to large projects (>$250,000).
• Knowledge of paid social media; experience running paid campaigns is preferred.
• Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and able to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns with project components across multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, Digital Ad Ops, and Digital Marketing Services.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and strategy teams to define deliverables and manage client expectations.
• Guide team members through onboarding, planning, implementation, quality control, and launch phases for each client/project.
• Manage client calendars, project budgets, product scope, and various work assignments.
• Oversee Tribune Publishing's Branded Content Social Media programs.
• Deliver regular status reports to management and clients.
• Effectively communicate and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster positive working relationships with advertisers, agencies, sales, and operations teams.
• Develop expertise in CRM, Adit, AX, SharePoint, LUCI, and other tools implemented by Studio.
